Biquadia ("we," "our," or "us") is a professional iOS audio engineering toolkit — DSP Lab, Analysis Lab, Spatial Lab, Enhance Lab, Codec Lab and System Diagnostics. This policy explains that we do not collect your data.

1. 100% On-Device Processing

Biquadia operates 100% offline and on-device. Microphone audio is processed in RAM for live oscilloscope, FFT, spectrogram, beamforming, and neural voice isolation. It is never saved to disk (unless you explicitly tap Record → Export WAV), never sent to a server, and never used for tracking.

No audio uploads: All DSP, analysis, ambisonics, codec analysis, and neural inference run on your device.
No telemetry: CPU, memory, and thermal monitoring stays on your device.
Optional export: When you record, a WAV file is written to your app sandbox. You decide whether to share it through the system share sheet. Nothing is automatically uploaded.

2. No Data Collection

We do not operate backend servers that receive audio, spectra, or measurements.
We do not use third-party analytics, crash reporters, ad networks, or tracking SDKs.
We do not collect personal data, device identifiers, location, or contacts.
Microphone permission is required for live analysis. If you deny it, you can still use file and generator sources.

3. In-App Purchases

Biquadia Pro (Monthly $4.99 and Lifetime $79.99) is handled entirely by Apple's StoreKit 2. We do not see your Apple ID, payment info, or transaction details beyond a verified entitlement flag (isPro). Restore Purchases re-reads Apple's local verified transactions.

4. Third-Party Services

The only network activity is Apple's own StoreKit (product list, purchase, renewal) and, if you tap Terms/Privacy links, opening biquadia.makerportal.ai/terms and biquadia.makerportal.ai/privacy in Safari.

5. Changes

We may update this policy. The updated date at the top will change. Because we don't have your contact, please check this page periodically.
