Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of Biquadia — Audio DSP Lab iOS application (App ID 6789775886). By using Biquadia, you agree to these terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

1. License

Biquadia is licensed under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. If these terms conflict with Apple's Standard EULA, Apple's Standard EULA controls.

2. Biquadia Pro Purchases

Biquadia offers:

• Biquadia Pro Monthly — $4.99/month with a 7-day free trial. The subscription renews monthly unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Biquadia Pro Lifetime — $79.99 as a one-time, non-consumable purchase.

Both unlock: N-mic array beamforming, HATS dual-binaural mode, target-speaker extraction, neural voice isolation, unlimited EQ bands, all filter families (Butterworth/LR/ Chebyshev/custom cascade), measurement CSV export, and binaural room IR preview. Free tier includes full DSP Lab and Analysis Lab. Prices shown in App Store Connect are authoritative. Manage/cancel subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

3. Audio & Safety

Biquadia can generate loud test tones (sine, square, noise) and process microphone input. Use headphones at moderate levels. Not for medical, safety-critical, or legal measurement without calibration. SPL reading is uncalibrated unless you enter a reference offset.

4. No Warranty

Biquadia is provided for education and engineering. Features may change. No warranty. We are not liable for hearing damage, equipment damage, or measurement error from misuse.

5. Privacy

Our handling of information is described in the Biquadia Privacy Policy. Essentially: 100% on-device, no audio leaves device.
